Energy Efficient New Build.

We partnered with Turn Design to develop a ground up home design in Lake Oswego. We were an integral part of the process from the onset, working to create the initial floorplan, 3D models for design and solar studies, permit drawings, 3D renderings and casework drawings. We worked with the builder and homeowners to value engineer the house to fall within budget while maintaining the modern aesthetics and energy efficiencies that where so crucial. This project will be breaking ground in spring of 2020, and we are excited to see it come to life!
