Basement Remodel.

These homeowners found themselves in a location they loved but needed more room for their growing family. We converted the unfinished basement to create additional living space. This allowed us to nearly double the square footage by adding a family room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. Making the most of the lot configuration we carved out a 40’ long alcove along the back of the house to allow for full height windows and create a daylight basement. We did the design, drawings, permitting, general contracting. The project was completed on a very limited budget, but the increased value in the house in both terms of space and added value was significant.
