We created an accessory dwelling unit on a 50’s ranch that worked with an unusual lot configuration to create a second residence that felt at one with the existing home. We did the design, drawings, permitting, general contracting and did all the finish work to bring what is affectionately called Grammy Town to life on a very limited budget.
