Shop Layout.

Working with adidas and DSG we assisted in implementing adidas’s new fixture program. We worked on the first 25 premier locations to establish ideal fixture and wall layouts. Working from a site survey we would layout the men’s and women’s shops for each location with capacity and dimensions information to ensure they met the store and ADA requirements. Ultimately these would be approved by adidas and DSG and used by the installers for placement and to determine order counts. Once the 25 stores were approved, we worked as part of adidas’s team that was tasked with completing the more the 400 DSG locations that were getting the updates.
